Shipping Policies

Shipping Rates


UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) – $10.00 per order
UPS 2-Day Shipping (2 Business Days) – $21.00 per order
UPS Next Day Shipping (1 Business Day) – $36.00 per order
Alaska & Hawaii – Domestic shipping rates do not include these two states. Shipping costs for these 2 states will incur an additional $6 added to the rate table above.
Hardware & Electronics– Due to the weight variations involved when shipping hardware, we may contact you and have to adjust the shipping charges to reflect actual shipping charges.


  Once my order ships, how long will it take?
  Popular brand items purchased such as Adobe, Microsoft, Quark, etc., require we verify your academic status. The order will be shipped once your academic status is verified. Ground shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days. 2nd Day takes 2 business days, and Next Day takes 1 business day. We do not offer weekend delivery. (Logisoft reserves the right to delay overnight shipments to verify the Bill to ID if different from the ship to address.)
  How will I know you require Academic Verification?
  Items that require verification will say * Academic Verification Required * and you will be notified during the check out process. Or you can click on this link eligibility information and get step by step instructions.
  When will my order ship?
  Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All other orders are typically shipped within 12-24 hours from the time they are placed, depending on when academic verification is received and approved.
  Next-Day Orders
  Next Day and 2nd Day orders approved before 3:00PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Next Day requested orders that are shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Next Day requested orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
  What if I place an order using a Purchase Order?
  Logisoft receives many PO's on a daily basis. Some PO's contain incorrect information, mistakes, or require verification. Logisoft always acts swiftly in attempting to correct problems with PO's. Correct information on your PO will ensure that there will be no delays in the ability to ship you your products. Normal shipping methods would apply. (If an address correction has to be made by the customer after order has been placed, you may incur a $12 change of address fee.)
  How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
  You should be able to retrieve a tracking number from us by going to your Order Confirmation and click on Order Status within 24 hours of your items shipping. Or you can log in to your account.
  Can I ship my items to a PO Box?

Because most of our shipments require a signature for delivery, we can only ship items to physical addresses -- unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Can I ship my item outside of the continental Unites States?
  Logisoft only ships within the United States and Canada.

Where will my package ship from?
  Shipments come from warehouses across the United States, and the locations vary based on the product and availability.

I ordered several items. Will they ship together?
  If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, you may receive them in separate boxes based on product and availability. This will not affect your shipping charges.
