Upgrade from CS4

If you purchased any Adobe CS4 products on or after March 12th, you are eligible for the Free Upgrade to the CS5 release. You have only until July 26th to claim your upgrade. Follow these instructions below to claim your upgrade.

Go to www.Adobe.com.
Go to the top tab “Your Account”.
Log in with your user ID and password you used when registering your software (if you do not remember this information you can request adobe to email it at the log in).
Go to Customer Support Portal.
Go to Orders & Returns.
Choose Issue Type Post Announce Upgrades.
Click on Proceed to Online Form.
Please complete the form, and attach an electronic copy of the sales receipt that shows the reseller name and address, product name version purchased, purchase date, and purchase price.
Adobe Live Chat support is available throughout the process.
You will receive a response in 2-3 business days.

When placing an order with the Technical Career Institutes Student Licensing Program, you must be a current degree-seeking student, or current faculty/staff member with Technical Career Institutes and have your current status verified.
Your software will be shipped to you directly at the shipping address listed on your order form.
Your software will be delivered approximately 5-7 business days after your order has been placed!
These student licenses are full working perpetual licenses with no time limit or expiration date.
The software does not include full-point upgrades but may include minor upgrades.
All sales are final and student licenses cannot be returned.
