Privacy Statement
Logisoft respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement is
made available in order to make you aware of our practices regarding the collection
and use of individual information of the users of our site including what type of
information is gathered and with whom it is shared.
Type of Individual Information Collected
When a user subscribes to an online information service of Logisoft, they may be
required to give basic contact information such as a name and email address.
This information is then used to contact the user about the service on our site
in which they have expressed interest. Upon contact, the user may be prompted
to enter demographic data such as address, industry type, and investor type.
Also, information is collected about the user's business interests (eCommerce,
globalization, etc.).
While providing such information is optional, we do

information requirements, Logisoft makes use of cookies on its site. A cookie
is a data file sent to the user's computer by a web site. When accepted, the

Users can opt to refuse cookies. Disabling cookies, however, can cause some
sections of the site to not work properly. The use of cookies allows our site to

and track their viewing preferences. This information, in turn, allows Logisoft

As mentioned above, the primary purpose of the information collected from individuals
is to customize our services for users of the site. In addition, Logisoft may also

(conducting surveys, for example). Logisoft may also share data with third
parties, including business partners, for marketing purposes. In regard to
the latter, the data collected is shared in aggregate form (no information
capable of identifying individual users is shared with third parties).

In order to safeguard the privacy of users and maintain the integrity of the data
collected, Logisoft pledges to make reasonable efforts to ensure data security.
In the case where a users personal information changes (such as Zip Code or email
address), Logisoft will attempt to maintain the accuracy of its data by providing
users with a means to edit and update their personal information.
Children
Logisoft does not target children through its web site or any other marketing
effort and we will not knowingly collect any information from children. Should
we find that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child,
we will promptly delete this information from our records and databases.
Business Relationships
Logisoft's web site contains links to other web sites, including those of our
business partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content
of these web sites or their parent companies.
Notification of Changes
Any changes to our privacy policy will be reflected in updates to this statement.
A notice will be posted on our web site homepage for 30 days following a change
in this statement.
Anti-Spam Policy
Logisoft is a leading supplier of instructional software technology to educators
and students. As a result, we like to offer promotions and upcoming news to our client base.
In no way do we ever send unsolicited email. Logisoft markets its
promotions and news only as permission-based e-mail marketing. If
you received an email from us, it is because you opted in to do so. Each email contains instructions
on how to be removed from an email list. We use strict security
measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of data used by our system. We will never
share, sell, or rent individual personal information, unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only
