Bob Ballard
President & Owner

​Bob has been with Logisoft since 1991. He and his wife recently relocated to Geneva, New York now that their 3 kids are grown and gone. Bob loves all things outdoors, and especially being on the water. Did you know that he’s also a Sommelier? If you can’t find him hard at work, check the local wineries!
Beth Gardner
Vice President of Finance​

​Beth has been with Logisoft since 1997, and she resides with her fur babies in New York state. She loves cooking, camping, doing puzzles, playing games, exploring, and learning new things. When she’s not helping ensure our success, you can also find her donating her time by volunteering and helping others. As a recent cancer survivor, Beth has a new appreciation for life and views every day as a gift!
Cassie Sandburg
Purchasing Manager

​Cassie has been with Logisoft since 2015, having been born into the family business. She lives with her husband and adorable pup, Bayleigh, in New York state. When she’s not processing all our orders or helping with marketing, she loves to take Bayleigh for hikes, or clean and organize her house.
Rob Lamy
Founder

​Rob founded Logisoft in 1989, was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and was a dedicated Eagle Scout. He remains in New York with his wife, who are beyond proud of their 2 daughters and son who all graduated from Penn State and live in New York City. When Rob isn’t helping run the business, you can find him outdoors, golfing, biking, enjoying craft beer, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills!
Aliya Mellars
Senior Client Manager

​Aliya Mellars has been with Logisoft since 2002 and lives with her husband and 3 beautiful children in Pennsylvania. When Aliya isn’t displaying stellar customer service, she loves to be active, exercise, and use her interior design talents. Aliya’s family is active as well, spending time traveling and frequenting museums, zoos, parks, and any new adventure they can find.
Bob Long

Bob has been with Logisoft since 1997. Bob, his significant other, their kids and fur babies reside in New York state. He’s been a proud leader in Scouting with all 3 of his kids for the last 10 years. When not driving new business for the company, he’s busy cheering on his kids, spending time with family, reading, and watching movies.

Robin has been with Logisoft since 2009 and resides in Illinois with her husband and adorable Boston Terrier. When Robin isn’t taking care of our loyal customers, you’ll find her reading or spending time with her kids and grandchildren. Quality time with family is her favorite!
Nicole Prevenas

​Nicole has been with Logisoft since 2023, and lives with her husband and 2 fur babies in Madison, Wisconsin. Outside of the office, Nicole loves all things motorsports related and volunteers much of her time with the Sports Car Club of America. You’ll often find her outside at a racetrack!

​Bailey has been with Logisoft since 2024, but previously spent 4 years as a high school teacher! Bailey loves to spend time with her baby boy, her newlywed husband, and two precious dogs at her home in Portland, Oregon. When not with family or taking care of our customers, you may just find her working out or at CrossFit!
Mike Taylor

​Mike has been with Logisoft since 2024 and lives in Wisconsin with his wife, 2 kids and 2 fur babies. Mike is very active in sports, including his love of coaching his son’s hockey and baseball teams and watching his daughter compete in dance. When he’s not following all things hockey or on adventures with his family, you’ll probably find him on the golf course!
